Tempted to buy one just to get my hands on the RTX 3080 haha.
These Omen machines have come a long way from their HP Pavillion Elite performance & gaming desktops from 2010.
I used to have a HPE-395, their top tier of the day, and it really struggled with gaming.
I've gone to custom built PC's and haven't looked back to HP, but these Omen units would be great for a first gaming PC for a growing family, or for someone who has no interest in specifying what's in their system.

I have the HP Omen 30L specs are Ryzen 7 3700x, 2060 gpu and 16 gb of ram. GREAT gaming pc HOWEVER, it gets hot. Cpu playing high intensity games will reach 85C and when idling doing nothing I idle around 60C to 65C. I recommend buying another cooler. I bought the Noctua NH U9S and I'm now gaming around 62C to 67C and idling around 35C to 40C. Giant difference and less fan noise too. Also bought 2 extra fans to help with air flow. I spent $136 for the Cooler, an extra fan for the cooler(comes with one already), 2 120mm fans, 3 Y Splitters to connect the fans. There's a video how to install the cooler I mentioned with a 30L/25L. SO in total I spent around $1500 for this computer, $1249.99 was just for the PC. Still recommend with a bit of tweaking.

Omen Desktops are the bomb! With the 3070/80/90 GPUs, HP is stepping up their game. I have the 30L with the 3090 and it's awesome. it does get quite hot until i take the glass off and put another room fan right on the MoBo and components.

I'm looking at prebuilds because GPU prices are outrageous. I saw this PC with Core i7 9700F, RTX 2060 and 16GB RAM. I'll certainly consider this PC

I love mine so far! Noticed the cpu ran a little hot while gaming so I put a liquid cooler on it, and now its perfect!

I ordered one during the Black Friday sale. Just can't even buy the parts for the cost of the prebuilt. Just worried about temps as I hate loud fans. I see the obvious problem is only one intake fan and it's at the bottom. Just hoping with the water cooling on the cpu it helps keep the temps down or else I might have to buy a new case. Of course you can see the build problem as the video card basically splits the case in half and isolates air flow.

i just the 16gb Omen 30L one and i noticed the RBG lights for the main fan in the middle does not light up. Also didnt see an option to turn it on in the omen command center. Is it not supposed to turn on? I saw some videos with the fan light on. Any advice?
