Is one of the worst received superhero movies in years. Kate Mara still hasn’t watched the movie due to the intensely-negative reception. Marvel has even mentioned the film in one of their Punisher comics where the Fantastic Four get taken down in an explosion. It even ended up being the lowest grossing film to be released in more than 4,000 theaters in North America. It only made a mere 56.1 million at the box office.

70% of the movie was an origin story to how they got to the place they get their powers (not even how they got their powers), they didn’t even show us them learning how to use their powers or anything. 20% was just Doctor doom killing people, 5% them fighting each other. And the last 5% being the giant sky beam that’s in almost every action movie like that.

I remember in the point of the internet on some forms and other places people called it "Fan 4 tastic" because the four was across the logo. no one took the movie serious so they never call it by the real name.
