100- y^2= 99^y^2 that y= +-1 hence x= -4; -6 instant.

set (x+5)^2=t so 100-t=99^t t=1 so t=1=(x+5)^2 x+5=-+1 x=-6 or -4

75-10x-x^2 = 100-(x+5)^2
let (x+5)^2 = y
you will get y=1
solve for x you will get x = -4 and -6

100-(x+5)^2=99^(x+5)^2...(x+5)^2=100-W(ln99*99^100)/ln99=100-99=1..x=-4, x=-6
