Change your recorded tv location for Windows Media Center

This is the easiest way I could change the location of recorded tv from WMC. It's kind of silly to use regedit to change paths but its been tested and confirmed this will work. The only reason I made the shortcut in the library was to make the media more organized and appear to still be on my C:\
