I agree with you both on the no trim method on the maters. I live in Central California and I have been trimming and trimming my tomatoes, but I realized my blooms were sterilized and fell of because of the dry heat we have and I was not getting much fruit. My cherry tomatoes have always done well and I always allow them to bush out. Last year it hit me that we are a dry arid climate here and people usually trim to stop powdery mildew but here we don’t see much of that, instead it is too dry so I noticed on one of my Roma tomatoes that I did not trim was loaded down last year, the tomatoes were not large but they was so many I filled up two paper grocery bags from one plant it was amazing. So it is a no trim for me, I believe it helps the plant stay cooler in out dry climate.

Staking pepper plants with like 3-4 stakes will help the plant yield huge without falling over, or breaking branches. KNF feeding is also amazing

I like to use quick teas without aerating or bubbling just stiring straining and pouring by keeping the medium moving continuously then immediately applying.seconds and minutes make a difference in chemical composition.i like stinging nettle, kelp, compost, and rabbit manure teas.

Last year when I cut suckers off tomatoes I just stuck a few of the ones I liked in a pot with some soil and boom a fresh tomatoe plant. Took a couple days to root but no problems.
