Breakfast in my house is usually: Coffee with a bowl of oatmeal with 2 fried eggs, hot sauce, and some kind of greens mixed in. Waffles or pancakes are rare and usually for dinner--nothing better than breakfast for dinner!

Chicken and waffles? Hands down great breakfast. The chicken from a good place is never greasy, just juicy. The honey is perfect for bringing the chicken and waffle together and the waffle gives you a nice mouthfeel.

I live in a small town in South Carolina. There a really nice breakfast buffet. I look forward to on Weekends. My preference, Scrambled Eggs with butter, grits with cheese and butter, corned beef or pork hash, sausage links, some bacon, French Toast with butter and syrup (I wrap the French toast around my links, mini sandwiches) Not a fan of biscuits.
