There's a solution (from our end) to this: STOP GIVING MONEY TO THESE FRANCHISES. If there's essentially a mass boycott of an entire franchise (or company), they are going to notice. Most of this crap is based on companies putting profits over quality. Take away the first part and they have to rethink their business (and hopefully quality) model to get people to come back. Screaming at companies for releasing an unfinished, glitchy game doesn't really matter if you've already given them money for the game. You have to give them a financial reason to create better material. I repeat: stop giving money to these franchises.

I miss the days of getting a complete product. I unfortunately think about this so the time.

As a D&D player, it still boggles my mind why we haven't had a MPRPG or at the very least a RPG game, instead of the 4 player looter we got instead. They have all their books they can draw from. Hell, they could have done a whole big thing where you can get the game and then a campaign book and fun stuff for D&D Beyond.
At this point, I wonder what it'd take for Konami to hand over their IPs, if they're willing to care so little about easy money like soccer.
I'm surprised they didn't just try to port the games into the 5 engine. They're actively working on the engine with all the online updates plus the fact that they wouldn't need to worry about a lot of new recordings, if they'd even do that.

D&D was such a disaster with such an iconic character. The books are perfect for a single player game. Instead, now that I know it was wizards, they bring down the name of D&D again.
