I remembered playing the Mario Party 3DS games and I remember playing Top 100 the least. I don’t know which other two, Island Tour and Star Rush did I play more, but these are the underrated ones.

star rush is so underrated, the only bad thing is that it kinda lacks of minigames but it's full of fun game mods which made me play the game for long time

Super Mario Party is actually a really decent game. It has some flaws that an easy update could’ve fixed, I honestly hope they do a sequel.
