Well let me actually tell you the truth 1. the daycare did not drug the kids (kinda) 2. sun and moon were going to be a stage performer But moon changed and then got possessed by Vanny/Glitch trap Virus (from the books) 3. now both of them are moved to the daycare to take care of Children! 4.

no, the books say that sun and moon played in the theater and moon was the antagonist, and when they transfered them to the daycare they couldn't reprogram him to erase moon so they just keep the lights on all the time

For the people who are lazy (as a joke) he says basically he was programmed to stop kidnappers and in one of the adversiment (or smth like that) there's a "sleep pill" so they "drugged" the kids.

Fun facts you already know or don't care about but I'm telling you anyways: the daycare attendances have names those names being seen on the screens well i think
Sundrop and moondrop both randomly ending with "drop" at the end of there name but the ruin dlc daycare attendent looks like an eclipse of some sorts do to the 2 being mixed together

Actually sun has one more side called eclipse and if you turn on all the generators in the ruin dlc he becomes eclipse and just takes you out and says he has to clean up for the daycare and shuts the door once your out.

For anyone who’s wondering, he’s that aggressive because he was designed to stop kidnappers or anyone trying to harm the kids. (Also there’s a theory that they drugged the kids because in the poster he was holding “sleepy time candy”)

Sun & Moons story:
There was a little boy who invited two friends over without his mom’s consent, she was kind to the two boys it when they left, she threw her son in his closet, knowing he’s scared of the dark, he escaped, and lived on the streets, the other side kept him alive. When he was older, he worked in the daycare. One day they turned off the lights, the man feared his life as his dark side came out, he killed that man, that’s how Sun and moon animatronic came to be

Surprisingly though ruin has released and the the "redesign" AKA eclipse isn't worse or creepier in fact he is really friendly

This new form of sun and moon is called eclipse. The new main character for the DLC finds moon and sun in the same body. She helps sun turn on the lights so eclipse is born.

In the dlc, he's eclipse, which is a mixture between the sun and moon design, but he doesn't kill u like moon.

Dear friends of the past, moon and sun are not different they are the same person and are fighting each other until a reboot, which is where security breach name comes from any ways, they turn into a new character/ego of sun and moon named eclipse, where he then kicks us out to go clean his room, vanny isn’t vanny it’s actually vanni and she is now digital.

My theory is that Moon is not all evil. Sun is. The reason why I think this is because Vanny might be taking over Moon. Her only goal is to destroy all the animatronics in the pizzaplex. Vanny is actually Vanessa getting taken over and trapped, not how she usually is. Vanny put Moon and Sun into one. Moon realizes that kids are going missing, and blames himself for it. One day, when the daycare is closed, a little girl stayed to play with Moon. They play hide and seek and soon enough Vanny turns the lights on. Moon runs to hide the kid, and did, but it was too late. The lights caught up to him and turned into Sun, taking the kid to Vanny
