Her father made it to the second round so its not like they are coming out of left field or anything. How is Le Pen a "fringe" party??? I consider socialism (i.e. Hollande) a tad bit more extreme and fringe than I consider traditionalism and conservatism.

It is far right because it adopts MOSTLY rightist ideals. And even the extreme ones like complete nationalism (out of Eurozone), no immigration and an anti-ethnic/religious minority campaign.

Do your homework before you spout out bullshit.
