why dont you setup your own tor proxy that windows runs through? then you dont even have to worry about using tor browser. There are guides on how to host a tor proxy and then you just go into windows and setup the proxy to it. i can go into microsoft edge and it says im in another country and i'm connected to the device that i own, not someone elses.
