The Chery Tiggo 8L is the latest addition to the automaker's lineup, offering three distinct variants. The first variant has a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine, while the second features a larger 2.0-liter turbo motor. The third option is a 1.5-liter hybrid drivetrain. This mid-size crossover SUV is designed with a range of premium amenities, including leather seats and a spacious 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system.

Regarding its chassis, the Chery Tiggo 8L falls under the mid-size crossover SUV class and boasts a 5-door SUV body style. It is built on the T1X platform with a front-engine, front-wheel-drive layout. The powertrain options include a 1.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid engine, a 1.6-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine, and a 2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine.

The power output varies across the different engines, with the hybrid engine delivering an impressive 320 horsepower and 545 newton-meters of torque. The 2.0-liter engine generates 254 horsepower and 390 newton-meters of torque, while the 1.6-liter engine produces 195 horsepower and 290 newton-meters of torque.
