Selfless teens help wheelchair user escape classroom during earthquake in China

When a magnitude 4.8 earthquake hit southwestern China’s Sichuan province, a group of selfless teenagers immediately ran to help their classmate, a wheelchair user, to escape from the classroom.

As a student who uses a cane and can’t run at all or walk very well, I fear situations like this where everyone can escape an emergency but I’d be left behind. It’s very heartwarming to see his friends help him get out.

Having experienced a strong earthquake myself many years ago in Italy, i can understand that feeling of terror and panic during those few seconds. Those seconds feel like an hour.
I can't help but getting emotional seeing these children helping their fellow classmates.
They are showing us and teaching us what being KIND .... means.
