Please do a good night fishing video. I only fish nights from June to September and you can’t find any good videos on it. Love TB and don’t miss an episode! Thanks

Fished an event on West Point Lake here in Georgia a couple of weeks ago. Power fished main lake points and shade pockets most of the day and caught some smaller fish. Weigh in was gonna be at 330, I put on a Vision110 Jr+1 and started throwing it around bridge pilings in 30-40 foot of water and caught 15 bass in the last hour and half. Finished the event in 1st place, could not believe how that went down, so im definetly a believer in trying something different after that.

Had to laugh when you said they know the baits by now. I’m certain that when they hear my truck door close at the ponds I’ve fished all year, they all say, “Oh hell, here comes that bone Choppo 90…🙄”. 🤣🤣🤣

I have picked up some new baits lately to throw, and have used some different presentations. The bite definitely picked up.

My biggest mistake is probably fishing the same baits that I've done well with from spring to not throw those....I'm going to change it up this the fish have been out in open water suspended with shad.. this is the time of year fish need a break from anglers pounding them daily...unfortunately, these same fish don't get much of a break these days with FFS exposing all of them in every lake from alot of anglers...may try the lipless yo-yo technique for those suspended fish this weekend..can't say I've tried that before

Hey Tim! Really enjoyed this video.

I struggle with the opposite of that shallow water point. I have moved from some shallow ponds in Michigan to deeper reservoirs and man made ponds in Boise, and i have shoehorned myself into shallow fishing.

My comfort baits are generally bellows gills, yamatanuki, and the fat ika skipping under trees and other bottom contact stuff (jigs in random deeper spots, but generally 10-15ft on ledges) but i also love a good 6 inch mag draft or a chatterbait.

I went from shore fishing and kind of randomly going off of what i knew, to kayak fishing with 2d sonar and I've been trying to turn that randomness into actual information for myself.

But offshore fishing doesn't come naturally to me at all, at this point. My main issue is our ponds are aerated and fed from the Boise river, so I JUST got done fishing some spawning fish last weekend. But in another nearby pond, they spawned over a month ago.

The southern pond closest to the river is 69F, one north of it is 73F and the furthest north is 77F. In that order, though, its also seemingly based on clarity. The coolest lake is the clearest.

Odd setup and its taken me some time to understand. But it seems since there is no thermocline on these lakes (ive talked to a lot of people and the temps are the same from 5ft to 35ft) they don't relate to a certain depth or column of water quite like I'd expect.

I think my main issue is going back to the shallows, instead of sticking it out offshore to figure it out further. Hoping to work on that the rest of the year.

My biggest mistake is fishing the same area that I'm comfortable with. Sometimes that dumb out the box cast is the best cast where you think fish aren't. My lake is a grass lake thick healthy green grass so it can be overwhelming to most. Tomorrow when I go out I plan on fishing the areas I don't normally fish often

Great video as always Tim. I know that you guys have put a lot of swimbait videos on this channel however i was wondering if you could make a video specifically for the magdraft.

Boat traffic kills mid day for me. It’s absolutely insane on Kentucky lake. I can’t wait till fall and winter!!

Yall ever use the hybrid hunter? If so that's the video I want. I smack'em on it everywhere ! And it's usually more quality fish just like a jig gets. And it's a "grass crank" but for me it's a "if there's water then throw it" crank.

July and August nights are the bomb! Juter woodchoper fishcake each makes a different sound. Just before the sun starts to rise move to rock and catch the best smallmouth of the year! Love the night.

I switched from the black whopper plopper 110 that I was killing with in the spring to not even getting a bite to a silent 90 size munky butt and it was like every other cast as I was walking the bank. Very good tip my guy

Great job tim, thank you for the tips for N California still, I usually blow by the giant bluff walls, looking always for the "color line" .

Fishing the middle of the day is very rare for me. I’m either at work or we are doing our normal family routine. The small opportunities I’ve had though have been rewarding.

The only reason I don't fish in the middle of the Day is all the pleasure boats running around! I get to frustrated to enjoy myself!
