Dang, I grew up in a family where conflict was swept under the rug at every chance. As I have gotten older I realize that is more deeply rooted in me than I realized. Peterson is right, it's not easy to do but it is necessary.

Happened to me.. my sis would call me crying over the way the guys she was dating treated her, over and over. But then she'd go back to them and get mad at me because they "changed" this time. Rinse & repeat. Until she finally married one of them 😢 since I'm the one she called crying every time, I'm the only one in the family who knows everything he did to her. My parents told me they didn't want to know. And now.. I'm the bad guy for not putting on my rose colored glasses with the rest of them. I'm hateful, and people change, and I need to forgive.
I don't talk to any of them much anymore :/

I think that’s more obsession everyone strays from the truth or loses focus the lord God who is the creator forgives you no matter what but your gonna spend your life walking on eggshells trying to make someone else happy when that person should help you and you help them follow god that they understand that god being content with one’s self rather than trying to to please someone I’ll tell you this god always forgives, accusers can never be satisfied
