I have a couple of these ranch ropes and absolutely love them. I had BB cut one and make it a calf rope length and tie a new honda in place. I gave it to me farrier a young calf roper. He loves it and gets a lot of attention from the colors of the rope( brightly twisted colors) great people to talk to and deal with at this store

Learning to rope - what do you recommend? I bought a nylon rope a few years ago, but its not really long enough, and feels too stiff. I'm looking at the waxed cotton rope - but can't figure out which thickness, or which honda? Thanks in advance.

Which honda do you think it's best for ranch roping in a poly 3 or 4 strand rope, metal or tied, back here in Arg we use bigs metal rings

I am looking for a new rope. The only thing I rope are horses, or critters in trouble in an emergency. I still have and use the rope Ray Hunt gave me in 1984 with a metal honda. I like it because it loosens right up once tension is released. What would you recommend from your stock?

Dam been ropeing for since I was 10 yrs old I used same type of rope for everything 3/8 grass rope 60 foot kept in a moist burlap bag to keep stiff and it would soften as I used it I am 54 now still use same type of rope order them from mexico
