For me, one of the saddest things in the Alan Becker's series is how The Dark Lord died. Imagine getting %60 of your powers by your knowledge but one orange boy who got his powers out of nowhere beats you. I hope he will comeback somehow.

AvA and AvM s3 take place in the same universe but just at different places in the timeline like s3 happened sometime after AvA 5 but they do take place in the same universe just at different times so AvA is canon to AvM and others that’s what he meant by different timeline.
