Here in Socal - In and Out is still the only chain that offers a cheeseburger meal - including drinks and fries - for under $10. If they can hold that line and set prices under industry inflation then the future is bright

I know a lot of people think its overrated burger, and in some ways it is for some of the hype. But when you look at the burger, the price point, and the quality. Its a really really good burger at a really good price. It's always consistent no matter what. That's why I really like it.

I once wound up on a flight sitting next to the Regional Manager for In-N-Out's NorCal Division and got to pick her brain for two hours. What blew me away was all the other ways they take care of their staff.
If an employee is going to college it's mandated their schedule's accomidte thier classes.
Holiday/spacial occasion bonuses/celebrations were comon.
EVERY member of the company started out flipping burgers (she began as a fry cook in '88).
The list went on.
As a San Diegan who travels frequently for work I've eaten at almost every "cult burger chain" in the US. Nothing else even comes close. In thousands of vists, In-N-Out ALWAYS delivers.

I’m from New York. The first thing I did when I stepped off the plane at LAX was get in my rental car and drive to the In-N-Out Burger directly behind the runway and watch planes land while eating there for the first time.

Living in California all my life, In-N-Out has been a part of my culinary delights for decades. We cannot say enough about it. We’ve done several videos on our channel praising In-N-Out about the quality of their food and restaurants. And yes, I love the Animal-Style Double Double Burger.

I was born and raised in San Diego all my life. I can confidently say that In-N-Out's food and service quality has stayed consistently great and that I regularly go there a lot!

I worked there years ago, but to this day it is still my favorite job. What I liked was when I walked in I KNEW what my position was for my shift and I was well trained on it too. I also got lucky and had a store manager who was willing to not only call me out on my youthful angst about certain jobs, but also show me up and shut me up. One time he told me to do something I thought wasn't possible, told him, and in response he did it faster than he was asking me to do it proving that it wasn't excessive I just needed to get better. That was the moment I respected the hell out of him.

I was lucky/unlucky that our district manager lived less than a mile away so he'd often (and randomly) show up at the store. One of his speeches he was telling the newest hires really stuck with me and changed me attitude (at work at least), I won't repeat the whole thing here, but it basically boils down to "a smile is part of your uniform and we pay you more than the managers get paid at the Carl's Jr. across the street. If you can't or won't smile, then leave now and work across the street."

Best thing about In-N-Out is the prices. My gf and I (we're both from California, but she lived there longer before moving so she LOVES In-N-Out) go to In-N-Out all the time when we don't wanna cook. We can get 2 Double-Doubles, A cheeseburger, medium pink lemonade, and fries for something like $22-$24 bucks. Sometimes she'll get a shake and it's still under $30. It's actually a lot of food for the price (for fast food). It's actually cheaper than Wendy's, McDonald's, Raising Canes, AND Subway order if you aren't using coupons. They're just great and even when they are busy it's not as bad as waiting in a busy McDonald's line.

Former INO guy here, According to our regional manager, the Company doesn't have debt. Never has. This is why they have exponential growth. It's all cashflow reinvestment.

I grew up near Eureka, CA and that city finally got an In-N-Out a few years ago. Before that, it was always a staple of road trips since the nearest one was several hours south in Santa Rosa, so we would always eat there on our way to the bay area.

All these fast food companies complaining that raising wages is unsustainable, and yet In-N-Out has been paying a living wage with benefits for years.

My wife and I will celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary June 5th. Our first apartment was near the first IN-N-OUT in Baldwin Park. My wife belongs to a book club and just gave her book report on the history of IN-N-OUT. Everybody loved all the things they never knew about the worlds greatest burger.
We are both pushing 80 years old and trying to live long enough to see an IN-N-OUT in our town.
Theres a great spot available next to the freeway and Walmart.
Please come to Cedar City, Utah.😊

I live in Florida but I was in Austin last month and I had In-N-Out for the first time. It was 3pm on a Sunday, the place was packed, and the drive thru was wrapped around the building twice. It was by far the best fast food meal I've ever had. I would be THRILLED if they opened one near me. It is just that good.

Culvers and In-N-Out are THE two fast food chains that you can tell the employees enjoy being there AND every location always has at least a dozen employees on staff during business hours. I have never been to either where they are suffering a "short staffed" shift which is usually the biggest reason for slow service at the other major chains.

I currently work at In-and-Out and have worked at many Fast Food and Sit Down Places in the past and while I still don't like this line of work, I can guarantee that In-And-Out is the cleanest place you will ever eat at. Our rules are so strict you would think its Nazi Germany. But the pay is great so I can't complain.

It costs less than McDonald’s and it’s 10x better.
