So refreshing to hear someone being positive about this announcement, thank you @Virtual Reality Pilot. I'm very excited for what this means for our hobby, what an upgrade!

I hope MS fixes the airport and people animation graphics. And most importantly the crash physics and animation.

These ideas in the new version are already in the sim /game from 3rd party devs ..like Hype Performance Group HG 145 missions pack also their hot air balloon for example microsoft have just pinched the ideas

I think this will be more like DCS World, with defined maps and aircraft to fly in each mission. It won't be open world like MSFS2020.

If this doesn't connect to MSFS 2020 there'll be an uproar.
The huge $$ investment people have made over the last couple of years into 3rd party aircraft, airports, scenery and utilities means that most simmers are neck deep into 2020.
If we can't connect those investments to this new "version" it'll become a major problem for MS - and rightly so... 😏
