Testing KZ APTX Bluetooth Cable and Tronsmart Encore S1 using Asus Zenfone device

just keep hold of the play button from when the device is off until you hear the voice of which will say pairing, i just did it and thanks to this comment section, i couldn't of done it without them.

Any one having this issue can resolved by holding play button while turn on and not let go button hold till you hear pairing with blue red combine flash there you will see the name KZ earphone in list of devices on your phone

press the Play button for 5 seconds or more until the led is flashing blue and cyan.
