A mi me funciono lo siguiente:
Vayan a sistema>pantalla y elijan la pantalla 2 (el monitor) después abajo les saldra resolución de pantalla, apreten y pongan la que sale recomendada.
Hecho esto van a configuración avanzada de pantalla y eligen pantalla 2 y abajo les saldra elegir una frecuencia de actualización y ahí van probando con las distintas que salen hasta que se les arregle
