When I restart the computer, thats when it says input not supported and then it doesnt show up with the troubleshoot menu

I Tried Something before I watched the video and it worked.Plug in another hdmi cable and then it will work make sure you put down you refresh rate

I cant open the bios or the computer how do you expect me to do this

This works but only with the lower resolution. I still get the error with higher resolution. Any suggestions?

I fixed mine by changing the HDMI VGA adapter and then connecting again and going in Start Menu > Calibrate video colours all the way to clearType and chosing a higher resolution.
