NBA players have gross feet from the years of playing basketball. They have bunions, rotten toenails and a lot of other problems. Players like Shaq from Inside the NBA are included in this video showing off their nasty feet. LeBron James has bunched up toes, James Harden's feet are ugly, same with Reggie Jackson and Joel Embiid. This video also mentions the NBA's pedicure culture where players like Nate Robinson, De'Aaron Fox, Shaquille O'Neal, and Dwayne wade are getting their toenails painted. The effect on feet that basketball shoes have are rough.

Im a former athlete my self and wear a size 15 shoe. I’ve been seeing these type of feet my whole life. Most of the players feet are damaged from wearing too small shoes when they were kids and teens. A lot of us grew up without much and had to stuff our feet into smaller shoes either because of finances or we were just trying to be fashionable. Shaq’s feet are bad from him wearing way too small Jordans as a teen. LeBrons from having too small shoes because his mom couldn’t afford them.

Pedicures should be mandatory part of the team care. Like they have trainers, medical staff. They should be getting pedicures 1/month and they should be eval by a podiatrist

It’s the Impact of playing basketball as a kid for hours and hours and hours on end. That’s when you’re not even a pro athlete. Imagine how many hours these guys have on their feet.

There feet grew extremely fast as children and teenagers and they wore shoes that were way too narrow. This is the down side of being tall...the bigger you are the harder it is to find proper fitting footwear

So... The reason the feet are so jacked up is because for whatever reason, the shoe companies insist on making the shoes narrow. I have been playing basketball for 25 years but I wear New balance wide width and my feet don't remotely look like that.

I knew a guy In the military. His big toe was curved over the top of the next one. The military corrected the problem with surgery. Within 6 months, that big toe was right back to it’s over the top position.

When you accelerate and decelerate constantly, it can really screw up your toe nails each time the toes jam up against the shoe

The main cause of their feet's deformation is just because, after several minutes and games that they played in the NBA wearing their shoes, their feet adapt to the shape of the shoes and mold it as badly as possible.
