I think people are missing that Gornog turns OP's creatures into cowards *permanently*. There is no end of turn clause.

Cynette, Jelly Drover is definitely C tier -- C for Certified Cutie.

Cats are a lesser-known tribe, so this is easy to miss: Arahbo is the SIXTH cat lord in Selesyna (one of which is a companion). Higher priority include than even Ocelot Pride or Brimaz.

I like the Jellyfish one, and I like the mil merfolk girl. It’s a really interesting decision to build Typal stuff into the set but not really put any merfolk Typal stuff in there. If they don’t want an anthem in standard they could even just print a worse rejeery or something that only taps and doesn’t have the anthem attached. They printed a bunch of support for cats, elves, zombies, and goblins, it’s just strange merfolk were left off.

something I think you may have overlooked with hurska is its potential to activate its triggered ability multiple times a turn. If you have the mana, activating the ability 3 times in a turn could easily make a creature lethal. That isn’t even considering boardstates later into the game where you may have two or three onboard triggers that gain you life already, so everyturn you just pump a creature.

Realistically, the only reason Taeko has hybrid UB is so it can be a ninja commander. Just rule zero it into your turtle deck, no one should complain.

Cleone is cool as a heroic storm style deck with you just cantriping through the deck

Hythonia from Theros was a mono black legendary gorgon that encouraged you to play gorgons. It just isn’t very enticing to play.

35:00 - If that would the case, it’d give like +6/+0 while making all your creatures unblockable… on a 3-drop haste creature. That seems a bit much.

Alesha has been one of my favorite commanders for Goblins and the way it plays is often closer to a mana doubler that’s very aggro

Dionus sounds really sweet as a budget Elf commander. What I *really* want to do with them, though, is... Vehicles. It won't be amazing, but it'll be funny.
