How to Make Cranberry Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip | Jalapeno Appetizer Recipe

Cranberry Jalapeno Cream Cheese Dip is a mouthful to say 5 times fast, but it's also a delicious mouthful! This appetizer recipe combines the tart flavor of cranberry, the snap of jalapeno, plops it all on top of some cream cheese, and you somehow end up with a completely different than expected dip that is far better than the sum of all its parts. This is one of my favorite appetizers using jalapeno, and you'll quickly understand why after giving it a try. It's excellent for the holidays, given the red and green colors, but it's just as good year round at any party that appreciates tasty food.

Ingredients:
12oz Cream Cheese
1 lb Fresh Cranberries
2 diced Jalapenos (remove seeds and veins)
1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped) Sub Parsley if you hate Cilantro
4-6 Green Onions or Chives (chopped)
1 cup of Sugar
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1/4 tsp. Salt
Crackers

Supplies:
Large plate or platter to serve on
Mixing Spoon

Are you not worried about the acid and the stieel with the blades? Other then that, it is not the a traditional chips and salsa dip. I would likely use Pita chips and scope that on. It seams like a fantastic balance of sweet, saqvory, tart and salty.
