This is when everyone realised Jim wasn’t messing around

I love how the entire office just stares and says nothing.

My favorite thing about this is that this continued to be his office even after Jim was no longer co-manager. Nobody ever bothered to get him out. XD

The fact that Ryan didn't even try to minimize the screen when Jim walked over shows he really didn't care.

Love how everyone just stared in disbelief as they beheld an *actually* angry Jim

The worst thing about the broom closet were the dementors.

Jim demonstrating the old saying "Don't mistake my kindness for a weakness."

There are 3 things all wise men fear.
1. A night with no moon.
2. The sea during a storm.
3. The anger of a gentle man.

I love how scared Ryan got and quickly apologized and Jim just ignored him and slammed the door that’s power even for a nice guy

Remember when Ryan was full of motivation and optimism at the start of the show?

Ryan: "Jim's a nice guy...that's why I got the desk."

Jim: "I am a nice guy, that's why I gave Ryan his own office."

I like where Jim sees that Ryan is about to get arrested and he calls him and says "nevermind, you've got other problems" and hangs up

I think this is one of the few time jim actually got mad and showed it. Thats why the office had that look cause jim is normally a nice easy going person

Everyone: Makes fun of Jim because he has no responsibility.

Jim: Puts man in closet.

Jim is the most chill and patient guy in Dunder Mifflin, . He was able to withstand Dwight and Michael's nonsense everyday, and better yet, Dwight's cousin Mose's weirdness., so to piss him like that can be considered an achievement. So, congratulations Ryan, you get a new office!

The crazy part is Jim said wait here, and then got everyone’s attention and then spoke quietly to Ryan. He sent a very effective message to everyone with that move. That was a boss move.

The thing you have to remember when messing with Jim:

Jim ALWAYS plays the long game.

I always found this scene so hauntingly real, Ryan’s body language and sass is exactly how I’ve seen people react to authority as a defense mechanism. Down to the clapping and snapping he was doing while walking in front of Jim
to the kitchen. It’s so dang good

lmao I love how the actors that play Ryan and Kelly wrote a lot of the episodes, especially the later ones, and they just wrote themselves to be these awfully hilarious people.
