So, 13 year old me in 1998, after what felt like an eternity journeying through this game (months! You need to remember, this was the first game I got on my playstation and the console I had previous was a sega mega drive, so I had never before played a game that was longer than a few hours! FF7 to me was mind blowing at the time and the journey was like nothing i had been through before!) Finally getting to the last Sephiroth battle and hearing that music for the first time was insane! I was so invested in that moment, like i was truly fighting to save the planet! Such good memories! Looking forward to continuing the FF7 remake journey in Rebirth next month about 25 years since my first experience with this game 🙌
