Best way to know if your getting the most bang for your buck is to divide the scoop weight but the amount of protein listed. Ideally you want each scoop to be 75% protein or higher 😊. Some ive seen are as bad as 60% protein while others are as good as over 80% 😀. DIESEL New Zealand Whey Isolate has a 30g scoop with 26g of protein so thats almost 87% of protein per scoop 🤯!!

Levels protein imo is the best, no sucralose, very easy on the gut, and they have great flavors. Their mocha one is great. Blend it with cold brew and ice.

SO expensive. $40 for 2 lbs is standard for spiked good quality protein, $20 for 2 lbs for ok protein blend, but then it goes to $60+ for candy flavored protein

How about whey, me personally i don’t care about the flavor as ling as it’s not vanilla. What i do care about which has the most protein and amino acids needed for muscle growth and fat loss. While also boost my metabolism
