Guys, this is the fourth and last video of Dream Body Series with Gabriella Whited, and this week we're doing exercises for a toned back!

So excited to announce that I have teamed up with Gabriella to create a 2021 Dream Body Workout Series. We tackle abs, booty, legs, and back making up a total of Eight 5 minute workouts. Part one will be posted here on my channel & part two will be posted on Gabriella's channel! Each video will also include a 5 minute stretching routine . You will be stronger, more flexible, and most importantly you will feel and look your best. Join us every Saturday at 12pm PST, 3pm EST and 9pm CET.

Week 1 Abs - January 2nd (DONE)
Week 2 Booty - January 8th (DONE)
Week 3 Legs - January 15th (DONE)
Week 4 Back - January 22nd
