Second video with Gabriella! This time its a Booty lift!

So excited to announce that i have teamed up with Gabriella to create a 2021 Dream Body Workout Series. We tackle abs, booty, legs, and back making up a total of Eight 5 minute workouts. Part one will be posted here on my channel & part two will be posted on Gabriella's channel! Each video will also include a 5 minute stretching routine . You will be stronger, more flexible, and most importantly you will feel and look your best. Join us every Saturday at 12pm PST, 3pm EST and 9pm CET.

Week 1 Abs - January 2nd (DONE)
Week 2 Booty - January 8th
Week 3 Legs - January 15th
Week 4 Back - January 22nd

I've done the first week already and I am not seeing any visible results, but I am feeling good as hell!!! I hope the results come after the whole month of doing these awesome workouts. Your energy is a-ma-zing I love you guys!

Ive been feeling really down about myself and doing your and gabbys workouts just made me feel a million times better. Today was my first day working out in months and I will continue to do them because you guys are amazinggg and love yall's energy

I've been doing it this week because I had a workout before this dream body series and I wanted to finish my other one first so now i did the abs last week and I am doing this lol, but I did this one all this week and omg kelly's and Gabby's hurt omggg it was so hard but made me feel good it is now Friday lol I do these workouts at night so my family don't see me or bother me😭
