i think the answer to the riddle on #99 is recovery compass.
edit:
line 1: inspecting it like a book it might mean reading it or something, so the first line could mean if you try to read it there is no words on it, and there is no text on recovery compasses.
line 2: its a compass so it goes in a circle
line 3: he says if you payed close attention you saw the answer, and theres a hardcore heart in the background which means you can't die, and a recovery compass when you haven't died just randomly spins around, which goes with line 2
line 4: he says it is a scream, and recovery compasses are made using echo shards from the deep dark, which could mean scream

So now I think the answer is a recovery compass when you haven't died yet.
