In the Roman city builder Pax Augusta you also have to reduce corruption. In some buildings, raw materials disappear, in others the costs are extremely high. We need administrators at the Forum to check what exactly is happening. Of course they are also somewhat corrupt, otherwise it wouldn't be a Roman City Builder :D but they will massively reduce corruption and therefore your costs. The basilica I rebuilt is from Lausanne. It was actually about 30 meters longer. I had to make it a bit shorter, otherwise the cityscape would have looked a bit strange. Apart from that, it's a fairly accurate reconstruction.
