Hope the halter is only on the donkey while you are present.
I'm sure you know the dangers of leaving it on full time.
You should have a snap on the gate chain. They can figit with that chain and get out. They learn lil tricks so quickly and can get in a lot of trouble by getting out maybevwhen your not home or at night.
I learned this from my horses and mules.
Pretty cute animals love all the babies. Piglets are so funny.

Oh you’re going to love having a donkey! They’ve got so much personality!!Are you going to get another donkey? Donkeys do best with a donkey friend and keeps them from playing like a donkey with your goats (which is a lot of neck and back biting and kicking that can really harm a goat ). It’s so smart to get her now as a weanling to get her used to being with your goats. Congrats on the new addition!
