I was asked a question in interview : I have to read from record number 5 onwards in a file having record 1, 3, 7, 9, what should I use: setll or setgt?please provide your insight on it.

Bro, there is PF file, we have to read all the records in that file then we have to update a whole field.
For ex, if it has field name country with 5 records with different data in that, if we have to change all the records of that particular field with same data how we can do that?
