How to move a data structure value to field in pf which is declared as clob data type?

In calculation spec format how we achieve decimal value like this i tried eval but it gives me without decimal also tried %char but same result EVAL(H) Num3 = %CHAR(14/3)
EVAL(H) Num4=(10/3) result is 3333
%char showing compilation error
