Zero-hour contract workers can apply for jobs with contracts if they choose to, but many prefer the freedom and flexibility of working as and when needed, and when they choose. Perfectly good small businesses will close down due to the changes Rayner has made because they will not be able to afford offer contracts from day one. Stop the woman from harming large sections of the population by complaining to the Home Office, an MP, and the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman- do so anonymously if you are worried about repercussions.
