1. Orban always said that he is not negotiating on behalf of the EU in every interview.
2. The EU should keep out of this as it is no Nation. Any state can send money if they like. They do not need the EU for this!
3. Some European countries are neutral and should not be involved in funding wars. This was a post 2nd WW commitment they made and it should be respected.
