Drift HD Ghost Review

The review for Drift Innovation's Ghost is finally here! For my review, I wanted to touch on as many features of the camera as I could, show the quality of the footage and then give you my verdict of the Drift Ghost. Let me know if you have a question or there was something I missed out on. The WiFi app isn't currently ready so I'll be doing a video on that when it becomes available. No color correction was done to any of the Drift content.

What I like about Drift vs GoPro, is that the Drift's rotating lens makes it a lot more versatile. Also, out of the box, you're ready to rock. No need to buy a bunch of accessories, just to even get started. Killer review bro. Live the shallow DOF and nice Bokeh. ; )

Chase, thank you for sharing this review, that ghost seems to be a ghost of past present and future :) I dont know about you but the tagging and better ability to tell i'm recording get me sold, especially since its easier to find 3.5mm mics now rather than 2.55(or something like that).

Pretty good review... Trying to find a good example of how the footage looks when using the 90 degree FOV @ 1080p; yours is the only review I've found so far that even mentions the 90 degree FOV. Even though it didn't have what I was looking for, I like how it was put together. Succinct with a little humor.

I made a counter-sunk screw hole through the holder and screwed it onto my bike. I ride off-road quite often and have lost a few cameras in the past due to those sticky pads coming off. I also put a cable tie around the cam just to be extra safe!

I think this is the first video of yours where I heard an accent come through. Now I'm all homesick lol. That camera looks really awesome. The mic in jack is a huge deal for blogging. I spend most of my editing time trying to get the mp3 file from my recorder synchronized with my video simply because my Roam doesn't have an input jack.
