Good review. I recently bought the standard Drift HD to make my VLOGs and its AMAZING. The packaging was pretty much the same, very nice and no expense spared, handy remote as well just without the lights. very impressed with it. Had a Contour HD before but this is just miles ahead.

Can't wait to see some footage from this thing. I think the video quality from the HD170 is superior to any of the GoPro cameras. This thing may be even better. And it looks like it's a much better design too.

Hi Baron. Had mine delivered this weekend. Very happy with my toy aside from the action of rotating the lens. Mine requires some heft to get it to turn and it's very hard to get purchase on the lens housing due to the shape.

Is yours the same?
