Totally agree with prosecution and the judge...there was other things Just as prejudicial on his papers that included the swastica and to not include them would've been biased...those papers OMG how anyone would allow an 8th grader to do that is beyond me, as a parent I'd be more than angry ! And the fact that it was tolerated and not reprimanded is beyond me
