ARE THERE SOLUTIONS TO THIS DIOPHANTINE EQUATION?

In this video I'll be trying to find all the solutions (if there are any) to a Diophantine equation. In this case, I only care for x and y both positive integers, but it's quite easy to see the result for x and y negative too.
