-Top Sirloin Petite Steak (cut into strips)
-Extra virgin olive oil (2 tablespoons)
-1/2 white onion
-1 green pepper
-1 red pepper
-minced garlic (1 tablespoon)
-chunky garlic (1/2 tablespoon)
-Lawry’s season all (1/2 tablespoon)
-sea salt (1/2 tablespoon)
-black pepper (1/2 tablespoon)
-crushed red pepper (1/2 tablespoon)
-oregano (1/2 tablespoon)
-beef broth (2 cups)
-Worcestershire sauce (15 drops)
-soy sauce (20 drops)
-all purpose flour (1 tablespoon)

*Mix well pour over pepper steak*
