I actually have a very simple fix for aesthetics. I don't have clear panels on my case.

As long as the panel closes I'm good, I always tell myself I'll do it right this time. But I never do.

I come from the early 2000 gamers era. "Rat's nest" cable management was kind of a norm. We just leave it a mess hidden in the back compartment as long as it doesn't affect the PC case airflow.

For some reason I love doing cable management, because the feeling at the end when you have a clean af PC is the best

Not so much anymore, but when you had all those drives to plug in and upgrade over the years it made it a huge pain to have a system cable managed in the back. You have to undo the whole thing to plug in a sata drive. That's why I avoid zip ties when I can.
