In this lesson, you will learn about the creation of JSON objects using multiple script steps, building on the previous lesson where we used a single script step to set information for four fields. While the single step method is popular for its efficiency, we recognize that some may prefer a more detailed approach.

We demonstrate this by creating a new script called "multiple step JSON," which allows us to add fields like name, company, age, and mailing list one at a time, making the process more descriptive and easier to follow.

You will find that both methods have their merits, with the single step potentially offering better performance and clarity when defining script parameters. Ultimately, the choice between these approaches comes down to personal preference and team standards, and we encourage flexibility in using either method as needed. The file containing examples of both methods will be available for reference.
