People are dying in the south after Helene - they need help now, they need water and food. Has money been sent to the people in the south or is it all just going to other countries? Our fellow Americans are dying because they can't get clean water. The national guard is asking to go in and help and have not been allowed. are the people in the south still without help? Kids are trapped, families are stuck. A rescuer was asking for 500 body bags and someone up the line isn't approving this. All this while we send millions to other countries. Kamala hasn't visited the area.

What is extremely appalling is that Congress is on "break" (don't know that there is a difference between when they are in session and when they are not). The budget for FEMA is in jeopardy of running out due to the many disasters this year - and Congress is blithely enjoying their "break" while some of their constituents are in extremely dire straits. You would think that they would make a beeline back to DC to address this issue (especially the Congresspeople from the states that have seen the worst devastation). How pathetic is 😠😠😠👎
