Question 2 said MOST SECURE. Not best practice. I would argue that the answer is A. Yes, SMS can be intercepted, but I would think it is harder to get ahold of a retinal scan than to get someones fingerprint and pin. Most MFA guidelines are 2 out of the 3 types so having a card and your retinal scan would meet this guideline.
