Breakfast in the Canvas Hot Tent - Winter Expedition Series

The outdoors makes me hungry! Really hungry! Tromping around the bush on snowshoes burns a lot of calories and growin' boys gotta eat! Even ones that look well fed.

It's already the Sunday morning of the Expedition and I'm really just getting settled in. Up till this point things had been very busy just getting loaded in and set up. So we get up, get a fire started, and start cooking a huge feed of eggs, hash browns and sausage. A big breakfast is simply the best way to start a Sunday. It was delicious!!!!
