I have been watching this show since last two days and i being myself a doctor, i can see this doc's desperation to find a job in pcb and holds a lot of grudge against the current medical guy. What baffles me is why such a qualified person is wasting his time here everyday. May be he should work in a hospital or do private practice which would do justice with the kind of education he is blessed with.

I agree with Rashid Latif, Pakistan has a good chance of winning provided the pitch provides spin assistance. 1998 Kolkatta test against Australia, India played 3 spinners. Surprisingly Saurav Ganguly opened the bowling with Javagal Srinath. India played single fast bowler. India won that game. Playing to the strength works and opponent comes under pressure. Something similar might work in Multan.
