I’ll be so honest the fact that you’re trying to sell your product at the end of this makes it extremely hard to take this video genuinely

I've tried countless things. The sole things that actually worked for me: A good diet, decent sleeping timings, moving your body at least for 25 minutes, eating right, using good shampoo and oil. I use just liiitleextra cooconinon hair oil shampoo duo for this purpose plus it does the job. My hair fall got controlled with it.

I have one thing to say love how fast you talk . Most instruction videos I have to fast forward because it’s so aggravating when they talk about irrelevant stuff.
You were on point for everything they need to hire you to do other videos .

Very good hair serum. I have been using littleeextra reaictivate growth serum for a month now for my severe hair fall issue. It is quite effective for me. Also, new hairs are appearing now. This is my second bottle. Hair fall diminished right away and new hair growth has begun now. Absolutely loving THE SERUM!

- Use hair oil (twice weekly)
- Apply llitllextra reactivate hair growth serum daily at night
- Complete

“Thought it was a bad hair cut etc, and thought it would fill in. But it didnt.” Exactly how it goes down lol. Its amazing how oblivious we are until some revelation occurs. And then our lives of freedom come to a screeching halt.

I had the same experience with Minoxidil. It does work, but ya have to have a DHT blocker. The combo does seem to work. The reality is one can either choose to be in denial about their hair loss, or choose reality. It sucks to lose your hair, but ya have to adult up and do research and as was mentioned stay consistent with Minoxidil and Finasteride.

I started balding last year at 19, I immediately started panicking, but I did not do anything for almost a whole year. About 4 Months ago, I started using Minoxidil with a combination of a Derma Roller 1.5mm, Hims Shampoo/Conidtioner, Vitamins, massage roller, and Rosemary Oil. I almost gave up around my 8th week, because my shedding almost made my crown bald, but now 4 months in with all said treatments and my hair is almost restored. I will continue to do so until my hair transplant in the next few years.

In case you're scared of taking finasteride, I'd recommend seeing an endocrinologist and getting your Testosterone, DHT, Oestrogen as well as SHBG checked before starting treatment, this will more than likely save you a lot of pain further down the line. You should be aiming for high free Testosterone as well as relatively low Oestrogen. Good way to get there is to maintain a body fat percentage around 12-15%, eat a diet high in saturated fats (e.g. Cheese, red meat or meat in general, these are generally considered "unhealthy fats" but are paramount for testosterone optimization), working out regularly does help a lot as well, supplementation with boron might be worth considering, since it increases free testosterone amount and function, while only slightly increasing DHT. Also if you've been experiencing things such as gynecomastia during puberty, this might be a first red flag.

Ideally, you'd want to ask close relatives if they've ever taken any treatment for either hair loss or benign prostatic hyperplasia and really ask thoroughly about any potential side effects they've been experiencing while on said treatments.

If at that point you're still scared of finasteride, I'd recommend testing the waters with a mild 5α-Reductase inhibitor such as Reishi Mushroom, Lion's Mane Mushroom, Saw Palmetto Extract or even oral Pumpkin Seed Oil Extract. If while on any of these 5α-Reductase inhibitors (most of which being natural and really mild) you find yourself experiencing any side effects, then most likely oral finasteride is not for you and you'd be better off using a topical anti-androgen such as Fluridil (sold under the brand name Eucapil) or RU58841 (experimental, has been dropped in clinical research, people have been using it for AGA for many years now with good efficacy in many cases)

There will always be people discouraging the use of such treatments because of adverse side effects, they however make up only a small yet vocal amount of users (roughly 2-3% in the case of finasteride). While I do think that PFS (Post Finasteride Syndrome) is a real thing for some people who are sensitive to 5α-Reductase inhibition, if you've made sure your bloodwork and hormone levels are in the normal range, you've thoroughly checked your family history concerning any sort of 5α-Reductase inhibition and most of all if you're of a sound and sane psychological as well as neurological constitution, you should be good to go. It is important to state that most adverse side effects will usually go away after discontinuation of the treatment, for the vast majority of people these side effects are only temporary and reversible. While some people utter genuine concern about the potential side effects of 5α-Reductase inhibition, you'll also always find people fear-mongering, especially on reddit and in various hair loss forums, so I'd suggest checking all of the above criteria (hormones, bloodwork, making dietary and lifestyle changes, family history with 5α-Reductase inhibition), starting with a mild, natural 5α-Reductase inhibitor before then moving on to a small dose of finasteride (0.10mg a day is the smallest effective dose to my knowledge, that would mean buying the 1mg finasteride tablets, quartering them and taking roughly 0.25mg every other day, research suggest that most people can get good enough efficacy staying on 0.5mg a day, you can always up the dosage, if at that point you're still side effect free, until you reach 1mg a day for maximum efficacy).

If you find that the treatment works for you (which it does for most people without or with negligible adverse side effects), I'd suggest just taking the pill, doing whatever routine you find works best for you and staying off any and all forums, websites, channels discussing these issues, as these will be sure to increase stress and anxiety. Doubting the effectiveness of a treatment can funnily enough lead to a decrease in effectiveness, much like how obsessing over potential side effects can actually cause said side effects.

Hope this helps anyone reading this. Most people successfully using finasteride usually don't post on forums, they just quietly take their meds and reap the fruits of their labour while living their lives.

I've been on Fin since the beginning of 2017 and on Minox since 2014. I agree that without Fin it is a losing battle (or any other other DHT inhibitor like Dut). My hair has been largely stabilized for the past 7 years since I got on Fin. With Minox alone, I initially grow some hairs, mostly vellus/baby hairs, but after a while the hair loss resumed again. I can also confirm that incorporating a dermaroller makes a clear difference, I've been using it for more than a year now.

I switched from topical minoxidil to oral minoxidil 2.5mg. It's a lot easier, just one small pill a day, and u good to go.

Firstly, I'd like to say thank you for taking the time to make this video.
I found out i was having a son recently and considering that both my husband and father had male pattern baldness or "MPB" I started to do some research on how to prevent it later in life.

I don't believe introducing your product at the end of the video diminished the message. In fact, introducing the video initially discussing that you had a hair transplant procedure eliminates any assumptions that your hair in the video is purely a result of your collaborated product.
Moreover, that you provided evidence and a timeline to your journey which expressed your trials and errors. Evidence that anyone who has the ability to use YouTube can also verify themselves by looking it up on the internet or in a book.

Anyways, I almost never right reviews but i found this one so informative that after reading the commentary i felt compelled to say something.

I’m definitely interested in purchasing. Will the foam last a full 30 days using it 2x a day daily before the next bottle is shipped?

Yeah finasteride gave me horrible sides, and it wasn’t placebo. I got retrograde ejaculation, Gyno, anxiety, and low extremely energy by taking it for a month. Once I stopped taking it all of that went away.

i was already depressed before finasteride i was like "what's there to lose" the result was, i barely recovered hair within 3 years but finasteride stopped further loss and uhh, it literally stopped my anxiety attacks and i no longer reach panicking point due to lower anxiety?? what a welcome side effect. that just show how different each person reaponds to medications as alot of people have experienced depression and erection issues, i just started to feel better in many ways instead of worse 😅😅

i did notice a tiny bit of softness in the chest area. so im thinking my estrogen might have increased a little but i didn't test that.

Do you think there is a difference in Kirkland brand minoxidil and name brand rogaine? I have not noticed a difference with the Kirkland brand obviously it’s cheaper that’s why I chose it.
