She did post a video on how she uses and applies the minoxidil so it doesn’t gunk up the hair. Also showed what she uses. You should be able to find it on her page

Just finished my first month of Oral Minoxidil/finasteride and already seeing significant improvements! I also been micro-needling my scalp once a week, and using Cècred hair and edge drops. Went from a bald crown to full of peach fuzz (baby/velus hairs). If you are experiencing hair loss, ask your doctor if you are a candidate for these medications. It could change your life! Thank you Dr. Sam!

You are the best. Thank you Dr. Ellis for what you do!! I would love to see your "minoxidil routine" how you apply, when, and just your overall journey so far 😊

I'm at 3 months on oral minoxidil. I'm already seeing better results that 6 months using topical.

Is this strictly topical or a mix of both?

Wasn’t expecting much, but using this red light helmet while watching Netflix at night actually helped my receding hairline. Low effort, surprisingly decent results.

She did do a video where she showed how she uses the minoxidil and how to not have it gunk up your hair. Also shows what she is using

Honestly, I thought red light therapy was a gimmick, but I’ve been using this helmet (Narlest) for 3 months and I’m actually seeing baby hairs come back. Not saying it's a miracle, but it’s the only thing that’s worked for me so far.

Dr. Ellis, Congratulations on your progress!

Have you considered coupling Minoxidil with micro needling? If not, please why? Thank you.

I didn’t expect much, but the Narlest red light therapy helmet really slowed down my hair loss. Starting to see little regrowth now too.

It makes my scalp dry how do I prevent that

Tried a bunch of things but nothing worked until I got the Narlest red light helmet. Super easy to use and it’s made a real difference.

Red light therapy isn’t just for skin- been using it for my hair and seeing solid results. Narlest makes a helmet that targets the scalp with the right wavelength and it’s become part of my weekly routine.

So can I ask – are you using topical minoxidil or oral? The topical sounds like a hot mess and can make your hair look greasy. I have heard good results with the oral medication.

I always enjoy learning from you Dr. Sam. After a short stint with cervical cancer and loosing some chuncks of hair, i decided to see my Dermatologist and get on Oral Minoxidil. It seems to have slowed its progress on me to a near halt. Does that mean it's time to get my dosage increased?

To get the good result how long should it be used?

I was super skeptical about red light therapy, but this Narlest helmet has honestly made a huge difference in the density of my hair. Didn’t expect much, but 10 mins a day actually helped more than any shampoo I’ve tried.
